We strongly believe that the best work in education is collaborative. We love working in partnership with organisations that put inclusion and high-quality teaching at the centre of what they do. When values align, powerful things happen.
These partnerships have led to the creation of high-quality, practical resources designed to genuinely support teachers and school leaders in strengthening provision for multilingual learners. Each collaboration reflects our shared commitment to evidence-informed practice, inclusive classrooms, and meaningful challenge for every learner.

GROW is a professional development programme we created in partnership with Flash Academy to help schools strengthen provision for multilingual learners.
Grounded in inclusive, evidence-informed practice, it supports teachers to connect language development, curriculum access and high expectations in everyday classroom teaching. What makes the programme particularly valuable are the contributions from a range of experienced EAL specialists: Soofia Amin, Gemma Donovan, Joanna Kołota, Chris Woodhams and Bethany Walter, who share their practical insights and real classroom examples throughout. Together, the course offers a flexible, on-demand CPD journey designed to build staff confidence and support sustainable, whole-school improvement.
This evaluation framework has been created in partnership with Flash Academy to help schools review how inclusive their approach to multilingualism is.
It guides leaders and staff to reflect on systems, classroom practice, curriculum access and family engagement, helping identify strengths and prioritise next steps in building an inclusive, language-aware school environment. Check out the tool and then share your findings with us, we’d love to know how you get on! You can email us here: anna@ealinclusive.com

EAL Inclusive is delighted to partner with The Society of Heads to support the sharing of best practice in inclusive, multilingual pedagogy and adaptive approaches.
Through the termly EAL network group, we support teachers and leaders from member schools in developing effective strategies for multilingual learners. The Society of Heads is a collaborative community of independent schools that share ideas and best practices to develop balanced curricula and prepare pupils for the future. Through events, professional development, and sector updates, the organisation supports school leaders and fosters partnerships that enable schools to innovate and provide the best opportunities for their students.

A meaningful languages education goes beyond one language to explore how languages connect, shape and enrich learning. That’s why we partner with WoLLoW.
‘WoLLoW’ is a languages programme, created by independent school teachers, to provide an introduction to and understanding not of a language but of languages, all languages. In so doing, it makes use of the rich linguistic diversity of our pupils and shows the relevance of languages to all other subjects. There are 100+ lessons which can stand alone as the KS2/3 curriculum but can also be used alongside the teaching of languages. And it’s all for free.
