Leaders

We work with school and trust leaders to build a clear, evidence-informed picture of how effectively multilingual learners are developing language and literacy — and how well they are accessing the curriculum.

This support enables leaders to understand what is working, where provision is inconsistent, and what needs to change — and to explain this clearly and confidently to governors, families, and Ofsted.

Tailored Consultancy

Consultancy packages start from £1,299 for online support, with programmes tailored to your school or trust.

Our approach brings together data, professional insight, pupil experience, and what is seen in classrooms and the curriculum, giving leaders clarity without adding burden.

Implementation Partnership

Retainer arrangements are available from £275 per school per month, depending on level of support and context.

Some leaders choose to work with us on a light-touch retainer following initial consultancy. This offers ongoing coaching and advisory support to maintain momentum between checkpoints, support EAL and Inclusion Leads during implementation, and ensure insights translate into sustained improvements across schools.

Crescendo-HELP International School has been working with EAL Inclusive since 2025. This has involved direct online work with our Head and Deputy Head of Secondary English reviewing their curriculum and planning; and sessions with the Primary EAL Teachers regarding admissions and baseline assessments. The staff involved, including myself, have been so positive about the support offered by Anna through these sessions, and I have seen the confidence from staff that this work has instilled. Most recently, we were visited by Soofia Amin, a Multilingualism Specialist, Consultant and Trainer, for a full day of face-to-face Professional Development with our respective Primary and Secondary teachers, followed by Learning Walks across the school and a summary session with our Senior Leadership Team. All staff who attended were appreciative of the expertise, relevance and thoughtfulness of the session. And those that didn’t have requested another session that they can be part of in the future! I have personally found Anna to be responsive and supportive, available to discuss our changing needs and adapt with us as we embed our EAL provision. We have had time to reflect and adjust, and there has never been a question she can’t answer. She provides professional challenge, and helpful suggestions regardless of what we ask! It has been a pleasure working with Anna and I look forward to doing so again in the future.

My team and I are hugely grateful to EAL Inclusive for the support and guidance they have provided in helping us to both develop and refine our EAL provision. The package that we took was fantastic value for money and has provided us with a template from which to maximise the learning of EAL students within our school. Anna has been attentive to our needs, tweaking and adjusting her resources to best fit the requirements of our school and she is always quick to respond to any queries that we might have. I have seen a visible growth in confidence from my team and this is largely thanks to the work of EAL Inclusive.

Ebon Trenchfield, EAL Coordinator, HELP International School

I have thoroughly enjoyed your training and your friendly and passionate way of sharing your EAL expertise, your programme fits perfectly into our SJI ethos and has indeed had a positive impact on creating a cohesive whole-school approach. I think for me one of the biggest take- outs from your expertise was understanding how essential it is to have a whole school approach and having SLT's support. I often find training programmes focus on one area of the school or curriculum and we're not always able to envisage implementing changes.

Karen Windley, EAL Leader, St Joseph's International School, Malaysia

We worked with Anna and EAL Inclusive to launch our professional development for the year at Norwich International School, Bangkok. Anna delivered a fantastic and practical session on 'inclusive teaching and learning strategies' for all of our Primary and Secondary teachers. We had identified improving adaptive teaching particularly in relation to literacy as being a key focus for us at the school - Anna was able to tailor a hands-on session to this and facilitate each and every teacher in the room applying strategies to their own teaching. We have revisited Anna's materials over and over again as part of a reflective learning cycle, which I think is testament to just how impactful they were. What really stood out for me though, leading on teaching within the school, is the level of service that we got from Anna. Although (at this time) we only booked her for a stand alone PD session, I felt that I had a consultant working for us. She took the time to truly understand our needs, create meaningful and personalised learning for us and even took the time to offer some pointers in developing further. Anna and her team at EAL Inclusive are absolute experts in their field and have had a long lasting impact on our school. I am heartily recommending working with them to anyone in my network and do not hesitate in doing so. We can't wait to work with EAL Inclusive again.
